Mumbai: Arjun Khotkar, a Shiv Sena leader and former Minister of State, has made headlines (Arjun Khotkar). In reality, he's on the Enforcement Directorate's radar (Enforcement Directorate-ED). Kirit Somaiya (Kirit Somaiya), a BJP politician and former MP, has accused Arjun Khotkar of defrauding the government of Rs 100 crore.
