Dehradun: Schools are opening one by one in all the states across the country. Cases of corona infections are now declining. The state governments are, therefore, deciding on the opening of schools. The central government has also approved the opening of schools from class IX to XII. After getting permission from the Centre, several states have started schools from class IX to XII.

In Uttarakhand, schools are now open for board candidates of only 10th and 12th. Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has also made a statement on schools. The Union Minister has said that the state governments can take a decision on opening schools by looking at the situation. He said state governments will have to follow the health department's guidelines to open schools. We are hoping that schools will open as soon as the situation is normal.

Schools have been opened in some states of the country. Schools are also open in one shift in Uttar Pradesh. Schools are running in a shift from classes 9 to 12 in the state. Instructions have been issued for all board schools in the diocese. The school hours are kept from 10 am to 3 pm. So far, classes 9 to 12 were running in two shifts.
