There are some constant complainers we meet in our life. They can ruin the fun of any situation and get you exhausted in a matter of minutes. There is always a problem nothing is ever they find good enough. It can be hard enough to work and of course, constant complaining can take a big toll on your romantic relationships.

After some time purposeful complaining will destroy almost any relationship. Complaining consumes any bond step by step as it disturbs the harmony of a relationship. This leaves one partner as the chief and the other as the fixer.

Complaining to your partner sets them in a place of expecting to fix things. Regardless of whether there is no as such expressed request to "fix this". There is unspoken pressure applied when one partner complains to the next. Over the long haul, this pressure can build and ruin your bonds with everyone. Some ways in which you can deal with your complaining habit in a positive manner.

1.Instead of telling your complaints to other people, write it down on paper. Discuss with your partner about them.

2.Understand what your partner wants. Many times in a relationship the complainer is looking for attention or respect.

3.Instead of finding the negative sides, try to find the positive sides of it.

4.Instead of feeling the pressure to fix everything yourself try to ask the complainer how they would like to see things fixed.
