In April 2020, Eijaz was arrested by the police for inciting communal violence and attempting to divide the society due to a Facebook live chat. He was accused of delivering inflammatory messages. Eijaz was arrested in November 2016 for sending objectionable photos on WhatsApp to a 25-year-old woman. Eijaz and the woman met on social media and became friends. But the woman had filed a case against the actor after Eijaz's poor act. Similarly, in June 2016, a model filed a case against Eijaz. It was alleged that Eijaz had sent his obscene photos to the woman. Eijaz had also called the model to the hotel after which Eijaz was arrested.
