There have been various rumours about the Ek villain sequel, that will be out on the floors. The film was released in 2014 starring 
Sidharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh in the lead roles. The songs from the movie were a hit.
 
According to Mumbai Mirror, Ekta Kapoor who is producing the film is looking for writers to script down the second part.  Siddartha will be in the lead role in the sequel too.

 
The work on the film has started and the franchise is taking its turn. 
Ek Villain was directed by Mohit Suri but this time for Ek Villain 2, Ekta Kapoor is looking for a newcomer to direct the movie.
Not only this  Ekta and Sidharth will collaborate in the upcoming film  Shotgun Shaadi. 
Meanwhile, on the work front, Sidharth will next be seen in the biopic of Kargil war hero Vikram Batra.
Sidharth has earlier revealed the new on social media by writing: "Dharma Productions & Shabbir Boxwala collaborate to present the true story of bravery & patriotism - the chronicles of Kargil war hero Vikram Batra"
