The MLAs, who are present with the Eknath Shinde camp in Guwahati, Assam, are likely to submit proposals on June 30. Eknath Shinde's faction meeting is underway in Guwahati. It is reported that due to this, talks are going on on a number of important issues including the time of withdrawal of support. It is being said that Shinde may leave for Mumbai as soon as mutual approval is given.
