Bihar's Begusarai Court has issued summons to Ekta Kapoor, the producer of the web series, and her mother Shobha Kapoor to appear in court on February 8. In this web series being aired on the OTT platform Alt Balaji, the Indian Army soldiers and his wife have been accused of making objectionable comments. In this case, first class judicial magistrate Rajiv Kumar of Begusarai, Bihar has heard. In his order, he has issued orders for Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor to appear in the court on 8 February.
In this case, Shambhu Kumar, a resident of Simaria Adarsh village of Barauni police station, has filed a complaint. Talking about Shambhu Kumar, he has been in the army and he has alleged, 'The web series Triple X Season 2 produced by Ekta Kapoor and her mother Shobha Kapoor, wrongly portrayed the character of the Indian soldier and his wife. Presented which is disgraceful and shameful. '
