Chandigarh:   Recently the case of the death of an elderly person has come to light this case an elderly person sleeping on Gugga Madi in Karanpur Taprien of a village in Haryana (Pinjore) has been beaten to death by some unknown people with a stick on the head. The same police have registered a case under Section 302 of the IPC against unknown people on the complaint of the family of the deceased. In a complaint from the police, Balbir Singh resident village Karanpur Tapriyan said that his uncle Gyan Singh (65) was unmarried.

According to the information received, the complainant has given a statement that his uncle used to sleep in Gugga Madi near the village. His uncle went to sleep last Saturday evening too. The same complainant also said that at around 4:30 am on Sunday, his son Rajvir Singh had come to light the incense on Gugga Maadi where he saw that Gyan Singh was found dead near a mango tree. After this Rajvir informed him about the murder of Gyan Singh, then he reached there.

According to the sources, the complainant has said that on the spot he saw that his uncle Gyan Singh's head was bleeding and he was lying on the ground in a dead state where he called the dignitaries of the village on the spot and reported it to the police. The same Pinjore police station in-charge and the team of the scene of crime reached the scene. After which the complainant has led the police that an unknown person has attacked his uncle's head with a pole and killed him. For which strict investigation should be conducted against the culprit. It is believed that on the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case under Section 302 of the IPC and started further investigation against the unknown criminal.

According to the information, the hand of the addicts may be behind the murder, it has been assumed that the relatives of the deceased said that Gyan Singh was a very religious person. He used to worship at Gugga Maadi and slept there. The same family feared that while stopping addicts near Gugga Madi, unknown addicts attacked Gyan Singh and killed him. The police still involved in the investigation.
