New Delhi: The Second session of Parliament held on 11th of March, in which 2017 election results were announced. The second session covered election of 5 states. 

The five states were- Uttar Pradesh with 403 seats, Goa with 40 seats, Punjab with 117 seats, Uttarakhand with 70 seats and Manipur with 60 seats. 

Uttar Pradesh was the keenly seen state as Samajwadi Party and Congress alliance were tough competitors for Bharatiya Janata Party, despite that BJP won the majority seats.

The results were like- BJP is the majority in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Congress won the majority seats in Manipur, Goa and Punjab. There were very least seats that were taken by another party.
