Big news has come about Bollywood actor Sonu Sood. He remains in discussions for the coming days. He is in discussions to help poor people. He has received the honour from the UN and now he has been honoured by the Election Commission of India. The Election Commission has appointed him the state icon of Punjab. Information about this is given inside an official statement.

The statement quoted Punjab's Chief Electoral Officer S Karuna Raju as saying, 'his office had sent a proposal in this regard to the Election Commission of India. The Election Commission of India approved the proposal. Now Sonu Sood will conduct an awareness campaign related to elections in the state. Sonu Sood is from Moga district of Punjab. He has worked in Hindi, Punjabi and South Indian cinema, but has been in the limelight ever since he and his team extensively helped migrant labourers trapped in lockdown to their homes during the Coronavirus epidemic.

Sonu Sood is now recognized as a messiah and people have become crazy about him. Even today, Sonu is helping people. He has also been awarded the 'ADG Special Humanitarian Action Award'. He has been given this honour by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
