New Delhi: West Bengal CM and Trinamool Congress (TMC) Mamata Banerjee has been accusing the Central Security Forces of helping the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and preventing voters from voting. On these allegations of Mamata, the Election Commission has taken cognizance and issued notice to Mamata. Let us know that earlier the notice was sent by the Commission to Mamata on the statement that 'Muslims are united'.

The second notice sent by the Election Commission yesterday, on 8 April, mentions Mamata Banerjee's statements in which she is questioning the role of central security forces. On 21 February, a TMC delegation accused the BSF of guarding the Bangladesh border for threatening the villagers in favor of a party. In the notice sent to Mamata, on the allegations made on the BSF, the Election Commission says that it is unfortunate to accuse BSF, BSF is one of the best forces in the country, it is totally wrong to question it.

Along with this, the commission has mentioned Mamata's statement in the notice, in which she is saying that CRPF is preventing voters from casting their votes. The Election Commission says that all paramilitary forces, including the CRPF, have an important role in conducting elections, they handle law and order as well as to conduct fair elections. The Commission said that Mamata Banerjee's allegations are unfortunate, because of this, questions will be raised not only during the elections but also after the elections.
