Mumbai: A special court in the country's financial capital Mumbai has sentenced a father to five years in jail for repeatedly touching his 5-year-old daughter's private parts. Hearing the case, Judge HC Shende said the culprit did not make any physical or direct assault on the victim. The victim was not hurt, but it still doesn't matter.
The father of the convict, through his advocate, had told the court that there was some problem related to etching due to the increase of bilirubin in the private part of the victim, so his son must have touched. Apart from this, the medical officer also said that bilirubin increased. But the court was strict and said that the doctors had also said that if there is an increase in bilirubin, then there should be itching in the whole body.
The teacher of the victim noticed that the victim has a strange addiction. When her mother was asked about this, she took information about it from her daughter. The 5-year-old girl said that her father touched her here and she started crying. When the victim's mother could not believe this, she took her daughter to the babysitting centre, where she was left for surveillance. When the in-charge of the centre was asked about the habit of the child, she said that talking to the child about this, takes her into confidence. In court, the father of the child said that his wife is friends with two people. She talks to them late into the night. I don't pay attention to the baby. There have been many fights between the two of them over this. Not only that, the guilty father said that his wife wanted to leave him. She even threatened to teach him a lesson once. "I have never even beaten my daughter, I am being framed in a false case. The court said that the testimony of the victim, her mother, the school teacher and the woman in charge of the babysitting was similar. At the same time, the victim also said that her father used to touch her private parts and then threatened that if she told anyone, he would punish her for sit-up 20 times. The court also said that the 5-year-old girl had not spoken about any kind of fight between her parents. The court rejected all the arguments of the defence and sentenced the convict to five years in jail.
