Patna: Bihar CM Nitish Kumar's helicopter has made an emergency landing. The Chief Minister was out to conduct an aerial survey of the drought situation in 5 cities of Bihar. An emergency landing had to be made due to bad weather. He had gone out for an aerial tour in Jehanabad, Arwal and other districts. Due to this, his helicopter made an emergency landing.

In Bihar, the crops of farmers have been damaged in many districts due to scanty rainfall. Subsequently, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar went on an aerial tour to take stock of the drought situation. Nitish Kumar's helicopter has made an emergency landing in the Gaya district. It is being said that Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav is also with him, although it has not been confirmed yet.

Gaya Collector Dr Thiagarajan said it would not be appropriate to call an emergency landing. The Chief Minister's helicopter landed in Gaya due to weather failure.
