The stunning actress and singer Emma Roberts who is currently pregnant with her first child was warned at her young age about future pregnancy complications. In an interview, she mentioned being diagnosed with endometriosis which led to freezing her eggs.

The 29-year-old told Cosmopolitan: “A few years ago, I learned that I’ve had undiagnosed endometriosis since I was a teenager. I always had debilitating cramps and periods, so bad that I would miss school and, later, have to cancel meetings. I mentioned this to my doctor, who didn’t look into it and sent me on my way because maybe I was being dramatic?” Robert adds that in her late 20s she just felt switching to a female doctor which turned out to be the best decision for her. She did some tests and claimed that she wasn’t being dramatic as it had affected her fertility. She was recommended by the specialist that she should probably freeze her eggs or look into other options. She continued saying, “When I found out about my fertility, I was kind of stunned. It felt so permanent, and oddly, I felt like I had done something wrong….. I was so grateful to find out I was not alone in this. I hadn’t done anything ‘wrong’ after all.”

She then concluded that it may sound cheesy but the moment they stopped thinking about it, she got pregnant. She knew things may go wrong so she kept it to herself and her close ones as she didn’t want to make grand plans.
