The study clearly forecasts an increase of 7 to 10% in the employment percentage for the coming year 2017 as compared to the present year.
"The Government is focussed on employment generation which can be enabled through Make in India and Skill India. India must become the skill capital of the world," the report quoted Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatreya as saying.
"It is especially interesting to see a positive hiring intent for the third consecutive year, and also the focus that is expected to increase towards women hiring and entry-mid level jobs," PeopleStrong Co-founder and CEO Pankaj Bansal said.
