A supplement of global solar solution provider, Enerparc AG recently made an announcement regarding the authorization of 980 kWp solar venture at Bharat Fritz Werner Ltd. The company is situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The venture was sponsored, established and implemented by the Enerparc. The venture was accomplished by investing a special purpose vehicle that sold the solar power to BFW for a long time. This one is the 2nd venture of Enerparc which intends to encourage solar rooftop portfolio in India. It is one of the flagship projects of the company that uses creative and an efficient method of collaborating with its priority of quality and safety.

Santosh Khatelsalm, the MD of Enerparc India asserted, "We are very glad to be associated as a sustainability partner with a prestigious company like BFW. This project will help Enerparc to add another leading brand in its portfolio of 1.2 GW as an Independent Power Producer across the world.”

The rooftop solar project has been expected to generate about 15 lacs of units each year. It would, therefore, aid the BFW to cope up with the amount of power required to be generated by green energy and would hence lower the consumption of fossil fuels.

Ravi Raghavan, the MD and CEO of BFW asserted, " BFW has always been a pioneer in adopting new technologies for its business and global sustainability, this solar project with Enerparc is yet another example of BFW's commitment of being socially responsive towards the environment.”
