Srinagar: After the removal of Article 370 of the Constitution in Jammu and Kashmir, the biggest action has come against the hawala network related to terrorists. The Enforcement Directorate (ED), in a major action in the hawala-related case, has seized 7 properties. Explain that due to the implementation of Section 370 in Kashmir, ED had to face a lot of problems to seize property.

This is believed to be the biggest action of ED against the hawala business related to terrorists. The ED has taken action against 7 people including Salahuddin, chief of the terrorist organization Hizb-ul-Mujahideen. Pakistan terrorists used to get funds for terror funding through trusts in Kashmir. The property against which action has been taken is related to 6 other accused including Mohammad Shafi Shah.

Along with Mohammad Salauddin, information about properties of several accused terrorists including Muzaffar Ahmed Dar, Talib Lali, Mushtaq Ahmad Lone was received. After that action has been taken against them all. However, all these terrorists are in Tihar Jail in Delhi and serving their sentences. All these properties were seized by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the month of March.
