New Delhi: The England cricket team is scheduled to play the fifth and final Test match of the Test series against the Indian team at home. Under the captaincy of all-rounder Ben Stokes, the match will be played at Edgbaston in Birmingham from July 1. For this, England's playing-11 has been announced.

The England team recently played the third Test match against New Zealand, winning by 7 wickets. The English team has made two changes in that playing-11 and is now preparing to take the field for a battle against Team India. Wicketkeeper Ben Fox and Jamie Overton, who was involved in the previous Test, have been dropped and have been replaced by veteran fast bowler James Anderson along with wicketkeeper Sam Billings in the playing-11.

At the same time, just before the match, regular captain Rohit Sharma has been found corona positive and now fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah will take over the reins of the team in his place. Bumrah will be the 36th player to captain the team in a Test match for India. It is being told that, when Team India will play in the Birmingham Test against England on July 1, the team's responsibility will be in the hands of Bumrah.
