WASHINGTON: A woman has said that she was born because of rape and the accused father should be punished according to the justice procedure. According to a BBC report, this could be the first such case where a rape accused should be punished without a victim. The woman says that when her mother was a minor, she was raped by a family friend above 30 years of age. He claims that his birth confirms that his mother was raped.

The woman is also willing to undergo a DNA test to bring her father to justice. But police in the West Midlands of England say the law does not make the woman a victim. The alleged rape-born girl was adopted by a family in the 1970s at the age of about 7 months. The woman, who lives in Birmingham, said she started searching for a mother who gave birth at the age of 18.

The woman claimed that on the basis of social worker and social service records, she came to know that she was born of rape. In one of the programmes, the woman said, "My mother who gave birth went to school at that time and was 13 years old. Only then did she get raped," the woman says, "The records show that she had gone to a house for baby sitting when she was raped. The file contains seven places where the rape took place. Later, the woman was able to meet the mother who gave birth.
