Although Paneer can be made in many ways but Kadhai Paneer is a dish that also gives a spicy taste and looks great. Let's know its recipe -

Ingredients- 300 grams cottage cheese, 2 capsicum, 3 onions finely chopped, 3 tomatoes, 2 green chilies finely chopped, 1 piece ginger grated, 2 tablespoons ghee, half a teaspoon cumin, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 / 2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp red chili, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp tomato sauce, a little cream, salt to taste, a little green coriander

Method of preparation - Firstly cut paneer and capsicum into square pieces. Now take a pan and heat ghee in it, when it is hot, add capsicum and fry it well. Now take out the capsicum. Now add cumin seeds and fry them. Fry the cumin seeds lightly and add them to the onions and fry till they turn brown. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chopped tomatoes, green chilies and ginger and fry it for 1 minute, and then cover it. Now leave it to cook for 3 minutes on low heat. Now add 2 tomato purees and fry till the ghee comes up.

Now add pre-roasted capsicum to it and mix. After mixing it well, add cottage cheese, a little water, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring in the same way. Now turn off the gas and add cream and tomato sauce on top of it. Your embroidery paneer is ready. Serve it hot.
