For onion parantha, you need to collect 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of ghee, 1 large onion chopped, 1 green chilli chopped, garam masala to taste, red chilli powder to taste, salt to taste and ghee to cook paranthas.

Now before kneading the dough, add salt and ghee to it. Then knead it. And set aside for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix chopped onions and green chillies to make a mixture. Make a medium-sized ball from the dough and deepen it from the middle. Now add the mixture made to it. Then add garam masala, red chilli powder and salt. Now press the dough to lie lightly and roll it in a round shape. Now place the parantha in a griddle. Slowly cook it and apply ghee on both sides and cook the parantha until it is brown. Now your delicious parantha is ready and you can serve it hot.
