No need to buy expensive roasted wheat from the market. They can be made at home.
Wheat-250 g, Coarse Salt-1/2 cup, Oil-2 tsp, Jaljira Powder - 1/2 tsp
Recipe - Soak the wheat in water overnight. Then wash thoroughly and boil in the pakle for 6-7 minutes. Remove the water and keep the wheat in the oven at 160 degrees centigrade for 25 minutes. This will dry it up a little bit. In the absence of an oven, it can also be dried in the sun. Add half the dried wheat and coarse salt in a wok and stir continuously on the bearish heat.
When it dries completely, filter with a sieve. Heat 2 tsp oil in a separate wok. Add the prepared wheat and cook till crunchy on low flame. Now add jaljira powder. Other spices can also be added.
