Entire North India in the grip of severe cold wave, there is no hope of getting relief from the cold

New Delhi: The whole of North India including the capital of the country, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand is witnessing the cold of January. According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), today cold wave conditions will prevail in many parts of North India and dense fog will remain. According to the weather forecasting agency Skymet, a cyclonic circulation is persisting over Haryana and adjoining areas of Northwest Uttar Pradesh. Due to which cold wave conditions are prevailing in the north and central parts of the country.

According to the Meteorological Department, during the coming 24 hours, there will be dense fog and cold in some areas of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, North Rajasthan, West Uttar Pradesh and Northeast India. According to IMD, today's minimum temperature in Delhi is expected to be 6 degree Celsius. While the maximum temperature is expected to be 16 degree Celsius.

Cold wave continues to wreak havoc in many districts of Madhya Pradesh. According to the weather forecast, winter will increase further in the coming days. Cold wave alert has been issued in Dhar, Ratlam and Sagar districts. While Seoni, Betul, Indore, Ujjain, Dhar, Khargone are expected to have cold days. Apart from this, fog is wreaking havoc in Ratlam, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Balghat, Tikamgarh.
