It can now be easier for employees to complain at a higher level about Provident Fund (PF), ESIC and other labor-related matters. The Labor Ministry has decided to set up a special cell called 'Santusht Portal' for this. Senior officials of the ministry including EPFO, ESIC and Central Labor Commissioner will take over its command. At present, this system will work at the level of the Ministry, in which Labor Minister Santosh Gangwar himself may have to surprise the status of his resolution by choosing 5 complaints a day in a week or fortnight.

The matter arose in the meeting of labor organizations
This decision was taken by Gangwar on the basis of the discussion held in an informal meeting held recently with the officials of the labor organizations. During the meeting, most union leaders had raised the issue of a lack of proper central mechanism for the grievances of the employees before the Labor Minister. He said that while the development of a digital system for every work has facilitated the employers and employees, they are also facing some problems. Especially small establishments and less educated laborers of the unorganized sector are facing problems.

Therefore, either the digital as well as the old paper system should be maintained or in case of a problem, a cell should be set up in the Ministry where complaints will be resolved promptly. It has been decided to deploy selected senior officials of EPAFO, ESIC, Central Labor Commissioner Office as well as Labor Ministry to resolve the cases through 'Santusht Portal' in 'Satisfied', from which they can register any complaint received and decide the same. Ensure timely solutions.
