Mumbai:The number of suspected corona virus suspects Omicron in the economic capital of Desh has gone up to 14 in Mumbai on Saturday. In which 10 people have been found infected, while 4 have been infected after getting in touch. Dr. Mangala Gomare, Executive Health Officer, BMC informed that 3136 foreign passengers have arrived from high risk countries till December 2, out of which 2149 have been tested, out of which 10 people from abroad have been found infected.

He explained that one in 10 passengers is from outside Mumbai. In addition, 4 people exposed to them have been found to be infected with corona. He said the number of suspects Omicron in Mumbai has gone up to 14. Of these, 5 people have come to India from London, one Mauritius, one from Germany, one from South Africa, one from Portugal, one from Paris and one from Spain. According to a health department report, out of 30 suspected omicron patients, 14 samples have been sent to the molecular lab of Kasturba Hospital, NIV and 16 samples from Pune.
