Rohtas: A shocking incident is coming to light from Sasaram in Rohtas district of Bihar. Liquor stuffed in sacks has been recovered from the graves here. The illicit liquor was seized from the graveyard at the tomb of Alawal Khan in Kadirganj. Also, liquor making equipment and other items have also been found. That is, the liquor mafia has now made the cemetery a place to hide their liquor. The big thing is that old graves are being made a place to hide alcohol.
Today, when some people reached the cemetery with mayot, they found some sacks lying in an old grave. When the people saw these sacks open, they were stunned. Sachets of country liquor were kept stuffed in sacks inside the grave. On receiving the information, the police of Darigaon police station reached the spot and seized the liquor kept in a sack in their presence. Locals said that some people in the vicinity work to make and sell liquor. This is the handiwork of those people.
But just as places like graveyards are also being used by the mafia as their liquor storage warehouses. It is unfortunate. The big thing is that this area is in the Sasaram Municipal Corporation area. It is being said that due to the deserted in the cemetery, alcoholics gather here to drink alcohol. After the incident came to light, Darigaon police station officer-in-charge Santosh Kumar said that 50 liters of liquor was seized from the cave of a grave here. Police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.
