Irattayar: Kerela is on high-voltage with the election going on in the state. Parties are busy campaigning and promoting themselves trying everything in their kitty to ensure no votes go to the opponent party. While in all this chaos many leaders are making statements and strategies. One such leader is Wayanad MP and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi whose comment has stirred up a new political war.

Rahul Gandhi made a statement ‘to only visit women's colleges’ on which former Idukki MP Joyce lashes out. Kerala MP has come under attack for derogatory remarks against Rahul Gandhi. Joyce George, a former independent MP said girls to be stay “careful” from Rahul Gandhi speaking at a rally in support of Kerela minister MM Mani on Tuesday. George also warned girls saying ‘he was not married.’ Following the controversial remarks, Congress tweeted sharing a video “We condemn this misogynistic comment by Joyce George. It’s clear CPIM is feeling the heat of losing elections.” The Kerala unit of Congress slammed the former MP and said it was clear that the CPI(M) was feeling the heat of losing the Assembly election.

Former leader Rahul Gandhi had told college girls that society is going to push you. Society will treat you very badly in India. They will insult you every single day but it won't let you do what you want. It will attack you. For that, you have to understand the way you have been pushed, understand the forces that are hurting you and then position yourself properly.
