Modi Govt brings new scheme for street vendors, giving loan up to Rs10,000

PM Narendra Modi is communicating with a street vendor of Madhya Pradesh. Under the PM fund dialogue strategy launched amidst COVID-19 threat, 47% of the total sanctioned applications in India are from MP. COVID-19 crisis has had a huge impact on the shopkeepers earning daily bread by selling goods on the roadside. That is why the government launched the scheme on June 1 to help those facing economic threats.

Under this scheme, the government gives a loan of Rs. 10,000 to the seller without any stipulation to start his business. The vendors can avail themselves of the loan. The government's loan scheme has been named as the PM Street Vendors Self-Sustained Fund. The Narendra Modi government intends to give profits from the scheme to small shopkeepers who sell goods on the roadside. They can bring the work back on track to meet ends. This scheme for the government loan at cheaper interest rates was introduced in June 2020.

It is typical that no guarantee is taken for the loan disbursed under it. The official website of the government scheme is http://pmsvanidhi.mohua.gov.in/ Will go on. All the terms and conditions should be read carefully by the applicant. Then click on the 'View More' option. Thereafter, the applicant has to be given a 'view of the same. Click on 'Download Form', after which the form for loan scheme will be opened. And you can fill it and apply for the same, and through this scheme, vendors can get a loan to start their work.
