In yet another shocking incident from Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur  a man called his married lover to meet him. He first tricked his lover to meet him and then slashed her wrists before. After committing the crime he fled away from the spot. A case has been registered against the victim’s lover and an investigation is going on.

According to the information, the accused slashed the woman's wrist. He then fled away leaving her profusely bleeding on the highway in Kanpur. When the victim caught the eyeballs of some passer saw the woman lying in a pool of blood they came forward to help her. The passers informed the police after which she was admitted to a nearby private hospital.

As per the information, the woman is married and her husband works in a shoe manufacturing factory in Mumbai. The victim lives at her in-law's house in Jajmau with her two daughters. The woman is allegedly having an affair with the man who called and attacked her. The victim told the police that the man called her on the pretext of meeting and then took her to near Jajmau check post on the highway where he cut the veins of her left hand with a sharp-edged weapon and fled.

Jajmau police station in-charge Ashok Kumar Dubey said, "We are in the process of collecting information regarding her alleged paramour. Police force was sent to the spot. Further action will be taken on the basis of a complaint." As of now Police is looking the matter and further investigation is going on in the show.
