After WhatsApp, Facebook has now launched the Covid-19 chatbot in Messenger in partnership with the World Health Organization. This WHO health alert interactive service can be accessed through the WHO's official Facebook page. Users can easily tap the Messenger icon in the page. Users will have to tap into Get Started after coming here. After this, Messenger will open. The WHO Covid-19 chatbot is currently available in English, Spanish and Arabic languages. Soon, the benefit of this service will be given in other languages.

Like WhatsApp chatbot, users will get many types of options here too. These options include latest numbers, mythbusters, travel advice. Different numbers have been given for these options. Users will have to reply with the numbers to get the information. Earlier, WHO also started this service on WhatsApp. Facebook has informed that the WHO chatbot of WhatsApp is being used by more than 12 million people.
