Zuckerberg said about earnings, "spending more time on Facebook is not more important than keeping the user in touch with each other. We can ensure that our service is for the betterment of people and society. " He said," In the last few years, viral video and business posts have become so much that there is no need to recognize the user The people of the friendly list do not meet."

According to Zuckerberg, Facebook now shows posts of friends and families with priority compared to other posts.  Facebook said that on the basis of ad revenue and new members, the profit of the last 3 months of the company earned an increase of $ 4.26 billion (about 27,100 crores) by 20 percent. It was reported that profit increased 47 percent to $ 13 billion (8,200 crores) in the quarter, but 25,105 new employees added expenses.

Facebook said that the number of monthly active users in the last quarter crossed 2 billion, which is 14 percent more than the previous year. Let us tell you that the company is working on enhancing the capacity of image-sharing services Instagram, Whatsapp Messenger and new experiments while moving forward from core social networking. Whatsapp is now 1.5 billion monthly active users worldwide.

On Thursday, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg also announced that nearly 60 billion messages are being sent every day on Instant Messaging Service Whatsapp every day. After the announcement of the fourth quarter results, Zuckerberg said that the Facebook-owned Instagram Story is the most popular in terms of sharing. After this, the second messaging service is WhatsApp.   

On February 19, 2014, Facebook acquired Whatsapp for $ 19 billion (about 1.21 lakh crore). This was by far the biggest deal by Facebook.
