Dewas: A big news is coming out from the Dewas district of Madhya Pradesh, where a fake sindoor manufacturing factory has been found. Here, sindoor was being made through machines by melting the old batteries. The police stopped the work in the company. Police have found more than 100 bags of about 25 kg of vermilion-like looking like sindoor. The estimated value of the recovered materials has been stated to be Rs.7.5 lakh.

According to the report, sindoor was being made through machines by melting old batteries in a company in Amona in the industrial area. When the police received information, the officers rushed to the spot. Fake sindoor making materials were recovered. The company has stopped working and started the investigation. Police said that the sindoor-like substance was being manufactured by burning old batteries and smelting machines in MP Woolen Mills Pvt. The bags in which the substance was being packed had neither a name nor a GST number nor an MRP marker.  

At present, the Industrial Police has taken action on the basis of suspicion. Other departments will also investigate the incident, after which it will be known that since when this company has been making a red substance like sindoor in this way and where it is supplied. The police have recovered more than 100 bags of about 25 kg each that look like sindoor. The estimated value of the recovered materials is stated to be around Rs 7.5 lakh. The police are still searching for the owner of the company.
