New Delhi: Farmers have been protesting for nearly two and a half months regarding agricultural laws. Meanwhile, the farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has made a big statement. Recently he has said in his statement, 'The government is thinking that the farmers will return home if the crop comes. We said that we will ruin the standing crops but will not go back home. The government should take cognizance. We have made a strategy that if the crops of farmer who stays here come, the village committee will do the work of his field.

Rakesh Tikait has also said in his statement, 'Farmers are ready to sacrifice a crop in a fight with the government. Running the movement during the harvest season is a big challenge. Tikait has recently announced, 'The movement will continue at any cost. Farmers are also ready to bear the loss of crop for their demands. The government should not be under the misconception that the farmers will return. This movement will continue till the end of the agricultural laws.'

The opposition is giving full support to the farmers' movement. PM Modi himself has made it clear that this movement will not pose any threat to the MSP. Earlier, PM Modi said, 'There was MSP, there is MSP and there will be MSP.' Even after knowing this, the farmer leaders are not able to trust. Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait said, "The protesters, demanding the withdrawal of the three new agricultural laws, will sit on the borders of Delhi till October 2". Tikait also said, "We will sit here till October 2."
