Karnal: A late-night agreement has been reached between farmers and administration in Karnal, Haryana, which has also canceled this morning's meeting. As part of the information received, both sides are now scheduled to hold a press conference to apprise them of the agreement reached night. There are reports that the demands of the farmers were discussed in the conversations which lasted till late on Friday night. At the same time, it is being said that the administration has agreed to register a case against the then SDM of Karnal who had asked them to behead the farmers and conduct an inquiry.

At the same time, it has been decided to provide jobs at the DC rate to the son of the farmer who was killed during the demonstration. It is also being said that the compensation amount to the deceased and injured has not been fixed but they will definitely be compensated. In fact, 13 farmer leaders, including Suresh Kauth and Ratan Mann, led by Gurnam Singh Chadhuni, had arrived to discuss the invitation given by the administration.
