A very rare and interesting case is reporter in Tamil Nadu, in which  a father and daughter duo appeared for and cleared the TN SSLC 10 Examination 2019 together this year.

Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinatin, TNDGE yesterday declared the Tamil Nadu Board Class 10t Result 2019.

46-year old Subramanian, a field inspector in the Public Works Department this year attempted to clear his class 10 examinations this year, undeterred that his daughter was appearing for the same. In happy events, both cleared the public examination. He possessed a pass certificate for Class 8, which was necessary for him to get the job. The Standard VII candidate had joined duty on compassionate grounds a few years ago.

According to the official source, he appeared for the ESLC examination (Class VIII) as a private candidate in 2017 for want of necessary qualification to get promotion. After finishing the ESLC test, Subramanian appeared privately for the SSLClast year. However, he failed in three subjects including Mathematics. Again, he made an unsuccessful attempt in the supplementary examination under compartmental system last year. In March this year, he appeared for three subjects and emerged as a successful candidate.

Subramanian’s daughter, Thirigunaa, who also appeared for the SSLC examination through a government girls high school this year passed the examination.
