According to information, the case pertains to a village under Gola police station area of Gorakhpur. SSP Dr. Sunil Kumar Gupta told the press that the accused had stabbed his 19-year-old daughter to death with her sharp arms during an attempt to rape her. On the night of July 26-27, he executed the incident.
