Monday; June 20, 2016: Over a property dispute, an elderly man killed his 28-year-old son yesterday,on Father's Day. According to the police said, “Pralhad Shende axed his son Pintu to death in the wee hours yesterday after a heated argument at Manjri, about 17 kms from here at Weltur in Nagpur rural”
The rural police of Nagpur aforesaid, “Pralhad and Pintu used to fight over sharing their farmland. Pintu had allegedly beaten his father earlier and threatened to kill him over the issue”
As, Pintu’s mother found the body in a pool,full of blood and informed police.
Police further added, “Pralhad was arrested yesterday and an offence of murder was registered against him under section 302 of IPC”
