Her company also provides consulting to luxury restaurants all over India. So far, Nikita and her team have provided consultation services for more than 50 restaurants and hotels.
Entrepreneur and social media star Nikita Harisinghani took a brave risk of starting a new business during the lockdown. Her business is prospering well with hard work, great quality services and food, and an outstanding team. When asked about the same and if there's any secret to success, Nikita answers, "Success does give us a certain level of validation for the endless hours of work put in towards achieving the goals we set for the company. In my opinion, the secret sauce to success is hunger backed with experience. The more experience you gain in any industry, the better you will get at your work, there will be days you'd want to quit, but just keep at it."
But the pandemic and lockdown have changed everything, including the restaurant business. It took people some time to go out in groups again and dine with their loved ones. Many restaurants adapted to new ways of making sure that people feel safe, comfortable and homely like before the pandemic. When Nikita was asked what changes she has noticed in the F&B industry since the lockdowns, she answered, "I definitely feel that people are going out more often these days. Since the lockdown, everything is now digital. Any brand or restaurant's presence online has now become crucial for success."
