It is necessary for you to keep your feet neat, clean. So that you could choose you foot wear according to beauty of your feet instead of hiding your cracks. Hydrogenated vegetable oil is said to be really good for your cracked heel problems. Like sesame oil, coconut oil and olive oil except vegetable oil.

Ripe bananas to cure cracked heels are also a good option. apply mashed ripe bananas to your cleaned cracked heels and leave it there for ten to fifteen minutes, then after cleaning dip the feet in cold water for ten minutes.

If you also feel pain in your cracks, Mix the paraffin wax with coconut or mustard oil and then heat it so that the wax melts, apply this mixture on the cracked heels after bringing it down to cool temperature. Apply this mixture, leave it overnight and wash it off in the morning and you will enjoy great results.

To remove of your dead skins around the heels of your feet, Take 2 tablespoons of rice flour and mix it with 2 to 3 teaspoons of honey and vinegar to make a thick paste,It will help in removing dead skin effectively.

Put your clean and neat feet in a bucket of salty warm water, preferable stone salt water. Leave it for 15 minutes. Now, remove your feet and place it in a cold water bucket for about 10 minutes.

consuming at least 12 to 15 glasses of water every day will provide the necessary elasticity for your heel skin and prevent it from cracking.
