Ingredients for making garlic laccha paratha-
3 cups flour
1 tbsp garlic paste 2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup hot water
For Garlic Butter
3 tbsp melted butter
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tbsp garlic paste (grated)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Oil to bake paratha
Method of making garlic laccha paratha- Take flour in a pot to make garlic paratha or garlic laccha paratha. Now add garlic paste, oil and salt to the flour and mix well. After this, add warm water to it little by little and mix with a spoon. Now leave it on for 5 minutes so that moisture comes into the dough. After 5 minutes, start kneading the dough, if needed, add a little more water. Now knead well for 5 minutes and prepare a soft dough. Now apply one tsp oil on the dough and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
After this, prepare the garlic butter that is applied in it after the garlic paratha flour is ready. Now for this, add butter, garlic paste, salt, green chilies and coriander leaves in a bowl and mix well. Now take equal loaves of flour. After this, take a loave and sprinkle flour on it and take a thin vine. Now apply garlic batter on this bread and sprinkle a little flour.
