Kanpur: A fire broke out in a part of LPS Institute of Cardiology located in Swaroop Nagar area of Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, the country's largest state. There is currently no Tahrir for any casualties in this case. CM Yogi Adityanath has constituted a three-member high-level committee to investigate the incident. Swaroop Nagar police station president Ashwani Pandey said that a fire broke out at a store located on the ground floor of Cardiology Hospital at around 8:30 am from a short circuit.
He said that all the patients have been safely evacuated from the wards located on the ground floor and a total of 175 patients have been taken to the safe ward. Pandey said that at present, arrangements have been made to take out the smoke by breaking the windows of the windows. He further said that there is no complaint about casualties in this incident.
Pandey said that there is a problem in assessing the condition of the first floor due to smoke in the ground area, but the health workers and fire brigade department are trying to find out if there is any person inside by breaking the glass panes. It is no longer stuck. He said that after the incident, Kanpur Police Commissioner Amim Arun also reached the occasion. Meanwhile, CM Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of this accident and constituted a three-member high-level committee to investigate.
