The host Russia 's team for the first time has stepped up its stance on the knockout stage of the FIFA World Cup Football 2018. In 48 years, Russia defeated Egypt 3-1 in the first ever World Cup win in the World Cup. Russia won the first match in Group 'A' against Saudi Arabia 5-0   

Russia's Superstar striker Cherishchev has scored his goal in this World Cup by scoring three goals and he is now on equal footing with Portuguese captain Cristiano Ronaldo (3 goals).  In Russia and Egypt, the first goal came in. After the halftime goalkeeper, the second half hit Russia's Joaninin in the 47th minute to score a goal, which was saved by Egyptian captain Ahmed in his goal post. For Russia, Djibu and Cherishche scored 1-1.

In this way, the hosts managed to make history in the World Cup by defeating Egypt 3-1. After the 1970 (the Soviet Union), Russia's team has managed to win two consecutive matches for the first time. Egyptian striker Mohammad Advani, after recovering from injury, returned to the ground today and scored a penalty on the 73rd minute but after 28 years, the first World Cup to be played in Egypt after two consecutive defeats may have to return the return ticket.  If Uruguay team strikes Saudi Arabia tomorrow or plays a draw, then Russia will reach the final 16.
