The much anticipated football carnival FIFA World Cup 2018 in Russia will see 32 nations competing for the pride trophy. Each team has fielded a 23-man squad for the quadrennial event. The tournament starts from June 14 and will continue till July 15.

Worth mentioning here The 2018 FIFA World Cup is going to kick off on Thursday 15 June with the opening match in the Russian capital of Moscow between hosts Russia and Saudi Arabia at Luzhniki Stadium.

 Worth mention here No host team has lost in the Opening Match of the football World Cup, which has produced six victories and three draws for the home ground side. Green Falcons are first Asian team to take part in World Cup opener match.
