Corona is wreaking havoc all over the world. At the age of 18, playing the first international football match from Qatar's team, Adil Khamis, who retired in 2000, has been found to be Corona Test positive. Adil, 54, is also the brand ambassador of the Qatar FIFA World Cup to be held in 2022.

Actually, the positive report of Adil, who started his career in 1983, has been confirmed by the organizing committee on Thursday. Although this is not the first time that a face associated with the Football World Cup has suffered a corona infection, even before eight employees engaged in preparations for the Qatar Football World Cup have fallen victim to it.

If considered by the worldometer, 13,409 cases of corona have been reported in Qatar while 1372 patients have also been cured. This figure is going to cross 35 lakhs worldwide. Nearly two and a half million people have lost their lives.
