This time you have to grind the fried onions and garlic in a blender with finely chopped fig pieces. You also put all the remaining ingredients in it. This will make a thick paste. You can use this paste like a chutney. Fill it in an air tide container. Keep in mind that it should be non-metallic. You can keep it in a glass container. Whenever you serve this chutney before serving, refrigerate it and you can store it in a container for up to 1 month. You have to keep it inside the fridge. You can eat this chutney with pakoras, parathas or bread.
