Mumbai: Bollywood film 'Jai Mummy Di' produced by Bhushan Kumar and Luv Ranjan has been released in theaters. Navjot Gulati not only wrote the story of this film, but also directed it. Sunny Singh and Sonali Saigal are in the lead romantic duo, while Pinky (Poonam Dhillon) and Lali (Supriya Pathak) play mutual hostile mummies. Navjot Gulati has attempted to introduce this film in the comedy flavor. This is the second film of his career.

The story of the film revolves around two families, where hostilities have been going on since the college phase between Mummies Supriya Pathak and Poonam Dhillon. But Supriya Pathak's son and Poonam Dhillon's daughter have been in love since childhood, who now want to get married, but live in hostility towards the Mummies. The thing to see in the film is how the two get married between the ups and downs.

The story and direction of the film is the weak link of the film. Navjot Gulati has written the story of the film, but he has not been able to present it in the best way. This is the reason why there is also a lack of emotions in the film. In the comedy scene, she does not laugh, is seen. The film feels good in the beginning, but falls loose after the intermission, neutralizing the climax. The film's dialogue could have been even more powerful if the punchline had been taken care of.
