Stree, a 2018 horror comedy film starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, received lots of positive reviews from critics and viewers alike. The film is a huge hit that reinvented the Bollywood horror-comedy subgenre. Since then, the Amar Kaushik-directed movie's sequel has been eagerly anticipated by fans. Amar Kaushik and producer Dinesh Vijan will begin work on Stree 2 in July 2023 in March of this year.
