Automobile manufacturer Suzuki (Suzuki) launched the new Gixxer 155 bike in India on Friday. This is the company's entry level led bike. The bike is launched with a price tag of Rs 1,00,212. Several cosmetic changes have been made in the new Gixxer. The new Gixor features multi-tier LED headlamps, redesigned tanks and brand new tail sections. The new Gixor comes with a longer seat and a tail lamp with lighting technology. The bike is a brand new digital instrument cluster. The new Gixor is around Rs 12,000 more expensive than the old one. The new Gixor features a 155cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel injected engine. The Suzuki Gixxer features a 155 cc, single-cylinder, fuel injected engine. The engine produces 13.9bhp at 8,000 rpm and 14Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Suzuki's Neked motorcycle features single channel ABS.
As per the information received, the bike features a new design digital instrument cluster with information such as speed, odometer, trip meter, fuel gauge and gear position. The new Gixxer is available in three color-glass sparkle black, glass sparkle black and metallic triton blue and metallic sonic silver and glass sparkle black. The price-wise new Gixxer will be directly rivaled by bikes like the Yamaha FZ-FI, TVS Apache RTR 160 4V FI ABS and Honda CB Hornet 160R. The bikes are priced at Rs 95,680, Rs 99,101 and Rs 92,108 respectively.
