Thiruvananthapuram: Swapna Suresh, the main culprit in the gold smuggling case in Kerala, has sought death. Swapna Suresh, in front of the media, got emotional and shed tears and said, "Please kill me and stop killing other people. After that, Swapna had a seizure and collapsed. Earlier, she said that the police had registered a case against her lawyer Krishna Raj for a Facebook post and after that, she is again appearing before the journalists.

Swapna said, "I still stand by the confession made earlier this week. I made this statement so that the investigating agencies can work and the involvement of the people whom I have named should come to the fore. Then she said that Shaj Kiran had said that "my friend Sarit will be picked up by the police and that's what happened." "If you remember, a few days ago I had said that Kiran had also told me that my advocate (Krishna Raj) will also be selected and now that has happened, a case has been registered against him. I want to ask when the case was registered. Against me for my disclosures, why is it that no case was filed against Kiran when he too has defamed Vijayan and CPI(M) state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan with his statements."

Then, Swapna got emotional and started crying. "Why are they attacking me like this? Please kill me so that the story ends. Give me a chance to live. Now I don't have an advocate and I don't have the money to get a new lawyer. After saying that, Swapna fell on the floor. She was later taken to the hospital. In related developments, her advocate Krishna Raj said that he is not afraid of the case filed against him.
