Chandigarh: A case has been registered against an unknown social media user in Palwal, Haryana for trolling Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat. Sangh activist Ishwar Jindal had filed Tahrir in Panchkula, on the basis of which a case has been registered under section 153-A, 153 B, 295-A in Sector-10 Police Station.

Ishwar Jindal has said in his complaint given in Panchkula police station that a false charge has been leveled against RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat that he has written a new constitution which is based on Hindu religion. Ishwar Jindal said that this fake message was spread on WhatsApp that India has been declared a Hindu nation. According to the complainant, this confusion was spread in this WhatsApp message that citizenship will be given on the basis of religion in the country.

The complainant has said that this message has been written for the purpose of defaming the Sangh. The message of RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat has been put in this message. The complainant has said that this type of message means to discredit the Sangh. This person has said that the person who does so should be arrested immediately and the conspiracy be exposed. Ishwar Jindal has said that the attempt to divide the country on the basis of caste and religion should be thwarted immediately.
